What Twin’s placement process?

Once you have sent over your CV to Twin Internships, a member of our friendly team will review your details and CV. Our internship placement officers will then match your CV, career goals, personality and level of English with a suitable company where you will be able to explore your career path and learn new workplace skills.

Where will you be placed?

Well, we have over 1000 businesses across our network; the majority are based in London and Dublin, however we also have customer service placements in Eastbourne. Our hospitality programmes are all across the UK and predominantly in rural areas.

After placing you into a company, you will then attend an interview with the company. The company will then decide if you were successful. If you aren’t successful after the first interview, a second interview will be arranged.

Finally, you will attend an induction at our HQ in London or Dublin (alternatively, if your internship isn’t in one of these two cities, it will take place at the location of your placement) – where you will be given relevant information to help you succeed at your internship.
