Home to one of the most iconic buildings in the world – the Sydney Opera House - Sydney is Australia’s largest and most cosmopolitan city. But there’s more to Sydney than its famous white sails. From sampling the city’s wealth of authentic international cuisines to whale watching in the nearby Royal National Park and losing yourself in the city’s museums and galleries, there’s always something new to uncover.

Of course, you can’t talk about Sydney without mentioning its beaches – all 100+ of them. Whether you’re catching waves at the legendary Bondi Beach or tucked away in a secluded bay, there’s a beach for every mood. Spend your weekends sipping cocktails along Bondi’s bustling promenade, or head to Queenscliff Beach, where surfers battle against the notoriously heavy waves. For something quieter, follow the secret ‘worm tunnel’ carved through the cliffs to Freshwater Beach, perfect for relaxed sunset swims. Wherever you choose to soak up the sun, expect crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and a classic beachside ‘barbie’.

Beyond its beaches, you’ll find a city that never sleeps – in part thanks to Australia’s iconic coffee culture. Savour an authentic flat white at one of Sydney’s many quirky, independent cafés, before cooling down with some of the world’s best gelato (seriously – it’s won awards) at Cow and the Moon. Darlinghurst is the city’s bustling entertainment quarter packed full of rooftop bars, cocktails and dancing. Or, if you’re after something more relaxed, head to the many pubs and breweries tucked away in the city’s inner suburbs for live music and craft beers.

Early Childhood Education Programme

Want to make a real difference? Our Early Childhood Education Programme offers an exciting opportunity for those with a background in the field to build their skills and boost their CV. Whether you’re a current student, recent graduate, or already working in early education, you’ll gain hands-on experience working full-time as an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher.

Professional Internships

Prices from £1,700

Duration: 6 – 26 weeks, full-time
